Quotation forwarded with no additional unforeseen extras
Acceptance of quotation allows ordering of equipment. A method statement and all Health and safety documentation will be produced and forwarded to the client
The installation team then take over. All dust sensitive areas are covered with dust sheets. The working area will be kept clean and tidy at all times. The working area will be cleaned thoroughly on departure
Health and safety is taken into consideration throughout the project
When installation is completed, full commissioning of the systems is then carried out in line with manufacturers recommendations
All necessary operation and maintenance manuals together with commissioning data will be handed over. At completion a full hands on client demonstration is carried out and a maintenance agreement drawn up and forwarded to the client
